This is the perfect class for those with high stress, type A personalities, college students and athletes. This class will give you the opportunity to enhance your yoga practice while enhancing your overall health and wellbeing. It is the most physically intense Power Vinyasa class we offer, but anyone and everyone looking for a challenge is welcome.
