Blissful Release: Yin & Guided Stillness Slow down, soften, and create space for what no longer serves you. Blissful Release is a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Guided Stillness experience designed to help you unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through supported postures and deep stretches held for longer periods, you’ll gently release tension stored within the body while increasing flexibility, mobility, and energetic flow. Each week, the practice is infused with the intention chosen during our Monday Intentional Conversation Circle. Whether the community is exploring themes such as love, acceptance, forgiveness, grief, courage, boundaries, self-worth, or gratitude, the session becomes an opportunity to embody that intention through mindful movement, breath, and stillness. As the body softens, you’ll be guided inward through meditation, somatic awareness, and conscious breathing practices that invite reflection, healing, and renewal. This is your opportunity to pause from the demands of daily life and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
