Service Description
Start your week with meaningful connection, reflection, and intention. Each Monday, participants gather to engage in an open and authentic conversation centered around a topic chosen by the group. Whether exploring a personal challenge, celebrating a success, or diving into subjects such as love, acceptance, grief, forgiveness, jealousy, relationships, purpose, boundaries, self-care, or resilience, every voice helps shape the journey. Together, we will identify a collective intention that emerges from the discussion. This intention becomes the guiding theme for the week and is woven into our yoga practices, mindfulness exercises, coaching discussions, and community interactions throughout all Live Bliss sessions. There is no agenda beyond what matters most to those present. This is a safe and supportive space to be heard, gain perspective, share wisdom, and cultivate deeper awareness.
