Full description: Sunset Sessions is Live Bliss's signature outdoor Aerial Yoga class with six silk hammocks suspended beneath the open sky, timed to catch golden hour over Grand Lake every evening, Monday through Friday. Guided by an instructor, you'll move through gentle inversions, deep stretches, and a suspended savasana as the light changes around you. Space is limited to 6 participants; members and drop-ins both welcome.
