Warrior Weekend
MYKC Live Bliss yoga is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Grove, Oklahoma. We lead transformative retreats to equip Veterans and First Responders suffering from Post Traumatic Stress with tools and techniques to help support their mental well-being and foster resilience and empowerment.
Our retreats and Warrior Yoga Kits are designed to support our Veterans, Essential Personnel and First Responders on their journey towards holistic wellness and healing. All donations go directly toward the cost of proving participants an opportunity to attend the retreat free of charge.
The cost for each participant to attend is $226 for 2 nights/3 days and each Warrior Yoga Kit cost $225. All contributions are tax deductible.

Attend diverse events, including monthly potluck dinners, supportive grieving circles, and workshops covering various topics like financial literacy, self-care practices, mindfulness, meditation, healthy boundary setting, and conflict resolution.
