Live Bliss Yoga Fundamentals Four Week Program: April 5 Week One: Breath Work, Types of Yoga, Supine Postures In Week One, we delve into the foundational elements of yoga practice. Breath Work serves as the cornerstone, guiding us to synchronize movement with breath, fostering a sense of presence and awareness on the mat. We explore the diverse landscape of yoga, learning about various styles and their unique approaches to mind-body connection. Supine Postures introduce us to gentle movements and stretches while lying on our backs, promoting relaxation and flexibility. April 12 Week Two: Meditation/Mindfulness Concepts, Meditation Techniques, Standing Postures Week Two invites us to deepen our practice through the art of meditation and mindfulness. We uncover the transformative power of stillness, cultivating inner peace and mental clarity. Through guided Meditation Techniques, we learn to anchor our attention, quiet the mind, and tap into the present moment. Standing Postures ground us firmly into the earth, building strength, balance, and resilience both on and off the mat. April 19 Week Three: Self-Care, Yin/Deep Stretch/Hatha In Week Three, we prioritize Self-Care as an essential aspect of our yoga journey. We explore the nurturing practices of Yin, Deep Stretch, and Hatha yoga, inviting a gentle and introspective approach to self-discovery. These restorative modalities encourage us to listen to our bodies, honor our limits, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with ourselves. April 26 Week Four: Overall Health/Wellness/Diet, Vinyasa As we conclude our Yoga Fundamentals program in Week Four, we widen our lens to encompass holistic Health and Wellness. We explore the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, recognizing the profound impact of lifestyle choices on our overall well-being. Through the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga, we seamlessly integrate breath and movement, fostering vitality, and balance. We also touch upon the role of diet in supporting our yoga practice, nourishing our bodies with wholesome nutrition to fuel our journey towards optimal health. Join us on this transformative path as we embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and holistic well-being through the timeless wisdom of yoga.
